I work closely with my corporate clients to first discover, explore and pinpoint the areas of need and then put together an approach that will deliver specific benefits derived from addressing those needs through my interpersonal impact-coaching suite of services. Measurement and maintenance are an integral part of any Tonic intervention. Each project is typically either an independent initiatives or part of greater initiative championed internally by Departmental Heads, Organisational Development (OD), Change and Strategy, Corporate Marketing & Communications, Personnel Development and or Sales and Customer Relations. I work on a one-to-one basis, conduct workshops with groups of individuals and or deliver seminars to larger audiences. My passion for my client’s needs lies at the epicenter of all projects.
